Description:

This piece is of an early summer thunderstorm that passed south of the studio. This was when the bulk of Iowa was experiencing floods and damaging storms. There was some mammatous formation taking place on the skirt of the storm and a rainbow seemed to promise better things to come. (framed in a black plein air frame)
