The New Fall
Photograph - Photography
This waterfall nestles in beautiful ancient woodland alongside the enchanting River Clywedog. Nant Mill is located on the Clywedog Valley Trail, which winds for 6.5 miles through glorious countryside from Minera Lead Mines, through Nant Wood and Plas Power Wood, where Offa's Dyke can be seen, passed the Bersham Iron Works and Heritage Centre, the impressive Erddig Estate and on to King's Mill in Wrexham.
See the beautiful etched glass window, the giant wooden pigs in the old pigsty and the 'Glimpse Gates' inspired by the industrial past of the valley. The Bird Thrones on the picnic area provide a perfect place for storytelling
If you like to watch wildlife, spend some time in the bird hide. Itís not just birds who like to entertain us, but the squirrels and bank voles, too!
