The Potter's Hands by Lucinda Walter.
I always wanted to photograph a potter at work and I had the chance as my wonderful friend allowed me to be in her clay studio while she formed this bowl. It was an amazing opportunity and as I quietly photographed her working she became more and more immersed in creating the bowl that she didn't know that I was there. It was a wonderful process to see from start to finish. Many thanks to my friend for allowing me to participate in this wonderful photo opportunity.

Dear Lianne, I spent a couple of hours with my friend while she was at the wheel. I got to the point that she was in the "zone" that she didn't even know that I was there.
