Tack så mycket Andrew, Actually it is a bit hard to look at my own image now, because I have placed myself behind a fence of isolation, bunt at least I know i have made it myself, and that I have the power to break it if I want. The thing is that I don't want. I get tootally drained being with more than oe person at a time. Maybe my Bipolar disease play a role here.

But we all feel like this at times I think - it's difficult to release the illusions of obligation that "bind" us like prisoners.
