Let us come together! I guess these people share their free-time in a very special way. The faces ( I could see) were all very relaxed. People gathering in crowds...just to be one part for a second/minute/day... It is always a big thing for nearly everybody!
Michel Verhoef replied:
Ha...if they only knew your words they would get a warm feeling and all would be friends :) thank you dear Nicole.

Wonderful street shot, Michel. Nice capture of the beautiful skyscrapers and all of the people. I feel like I'm right there with them :)

I just love strolling through your galleries Michel... you have an incredible talent in capturing the everyday and drawing one in to it. Time and again, your images stop me and call me look in...they are wonderfully thought provoking with so many stories to tell. You should put them all together in a book. That would be just perfect! v/f .

This is such an overwhelming image, Michel! All that humanity and those buildings thrusting up towards the sky in the background! Each of us feels like we, alone, are valuable, unique and irreplaceable...but in a sea of people like this you wonder....? At least I do....this is just an amazingly thought-provoking shot, Michel...and how you managed to compose it so well with so much going on is beyond me! L/F
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks Sandi for your thoughts on this one...I never expected these sice it's a bit chaotic...lol

What a strange feeling!.......I could feel the buildings staring , so unconspicously to this crowd of such a variagated mix of souls, and then, asking among themselves.."what do we have to do with them"? Nothing and everything I would answer in case I would stand as a witness, asked beforehand. So the strong contrast between the persons, so individualized, so each-able, and the towers of steel and glass is just been driven by the ghostly clouds and shadows, that partake of this scene, but depends of water and sun for their being. I love this picture Michel. You take out of your travelling the best and deepest from humankind, And you make it a true art work. Rosa
Michel Verhoef replied:
Wow Rosa !! Your words is poetic prose :) what a multi-talent....you can even let the buildings speak !! Thanks a million..:)
