My pleasure! I used to play the violin....loved it so much! My daughter's cello teacher called the strings (cellos/violins, etc) in your watercolor, "the tinitisises"...they were always so cute during recitals! Debby

How beautifully created. This is so outstanding! This piece of art is evidence of your commitment to excellence. Your attention to detail is also evident. You have created the patina that comes with age. Also the keys, especially the top left show the loss of the ebony, due to usage to tuning the strings. This reminds me of my great-grandfather. The last time I saw him was when he was 90 years old, he played the saw for us. A normal every day saw. It was a tool he had used countless times. He used the bow to play the saw. He held the handle of the saw beneath his knees, then with his fingers under the edge of the business end of the saw, and his thumb on the top part, of the saw, he would use his thumb and pressure to bend the saw and he could play the most haunting of sounds on it. It was amazing. His saw, also showed the great usage by the fact that where he put his thumb had worn some of the metal down to the base metal. He also had cracked a few windows because of the pitch of the tone, and the high resonance of the tones. Thank you so much for evoking that memory. A truly beautiful work, and thank you for sharing your talent with us.
