@Dan -- thanks a bunch. I'm glad you liked it! @Jamie -- Yeah, hands are pretty intimidating to me too. I was really scared to try this but I stuck with it until I was satisfied. I looked at a lot of photographs and drawings of hands before I worked on it. I really haven't been painting for very long -- but I did a lot of drawing as a child. And I do a lot of watercolor journalling. I don't get to do a lot of acrylic because I live on a farm and I'm working and studying, but I hope to step it up a little bit and spend some more time on it. I hope to post some more this week, too. Your profile biography was really inspiring. I'm happy that you've started painting and I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors! Practice REALLY DOES make perfect.
