Description:

This painting is meant as a tribute to artist Edward Hopper. In the foreground, Papa painted Hoppers "Self Portrait with Hat" , Behind Hopper is a rendering of Hopper's painting "Brownstones by Central Park". The profiled figures on the stoop looking into the sun over Central Park have been changed to the artist Papa and his wife Theresa. At the far right, leaning on Hoppers painting is one of Papa's paintings titled "Half Red Mask".
