Thankyou Carole! : )

PAULINE..your tree is a testimony, a protest against what is wrong and unfair with our society...a malaise, an indifference, that has gripped the world by its roots, its very lifesblood and is strangling our hope of a happy future.. ..I find it Beautiful, Truthful,Insightful, and verrry Honest..We look then we wonder about your meaning and the message behind this painting.. The tree of life in science describes the relationships of all life on Earth in an evolutionary context... Charles Darwin talks about envisioning evolution and ecosystems as a "tangled bank" in On the Origin of Species; however, the book's sole illustration is of a branched diagram that is very tree-like...somewhat like yours...Great ,great work Pauline.

What a great way to express your feelings of frustrations. There is a lot to see in this piece. I like how I keep discovering little details as my eye wanders over the entire painting.

Pauline,...this is awesome in every way, including your reasons and feelings behind. It'll take me awhile to look at it all.
