Beautiful reflections captured on the Apalachicola River in Blountstown, Fl
The Apalachicola River is a river, approximately 112 mi (180 km) long in the State of Florida. This river's large watershed, known as the ACF River Basin for short, drains an area of approximately 19,500 square miles (50,505 km2) into the Gulf of Mexico. The distance to its farthest headstream in northeast Georgia is approximately 500 miles (800 km). Its name comes from the Apalachicola tribe, which used to live along the river. Passionate about landscape, nature, wildlife, plants, the environment, and the unusual! I take great pride in producing these images that represent Northwest Florida. I strive to create the strongest composition possible in the camera rather than through a lot of editing.
We live in such a fast moving society that today many people don't stop long enough to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. I like to photograph those moments that others might miss.
I am available for photo sessions across the Northwest Florida area. I do family, individual, newborn and event sessions. Please contact me for rates and availability or other specific requests.
Fine Art America Watermarks will not appear on purchased prints.
