Description
Sedona straddles the county line between Coconino and Yavapai counties in the northern Verde Valley region of Arizona in the United States. The area is famous for red stone formations. The formations appear to glow in brilliant orange and red when illuminated by the rising or setting sun. At an elevation of 4,500 feet, Sedona has mild winters and summers.

Lee awesome capture, ain't nature grand! You also have a puppy face in the clouds, bonus!

I love the way the foreground tree line forms a V & mimics the shape of the mountain top in reverse - this pulls my eye right into the rock face of this majestic mountaintop. Great composition Lee!

This is a fantastic landscape but I am really drawn to the cloud formation in this one. Looks like a whistling cloud. This is beautiful on so many levels.. L F Sharing

Wonderful capture! Like how the mountain and the valley form a diamond! Dramatic clouds really adds to this image! Terrific color and contrast to bring out the detail!
