Description:

I used the back drop of the Wyoming Territorial prison in Laramie to complete this sketch. This was developed into a Territorial Park and started out as an excellent concept, but then the driving force behind this park more or less dropped the ball. It is now nearly abandoned but a few years ago had many public tours, a dinner theater and more. Too bad - guess some worthless bureaucrat similar to the Director of the Wyomng Geological Survey screwed this place up too.
