Painting - A Low Rez Photo Of One Of My Orig Oil Paintings Scanned And Reworked To A High Rez Digi Painting
I was going through some old files and came across a photo of an illustration I did with oil paints about 30 years ago. This was part of an album cover design project that I did for a Jewish Cantor who wanted the artwork to be in the style of Marc Chagall. I don't know if I was that succesful in doing that but the client was thrilled with the result. He bought the original art and the total package deal. In the 1970's I owned a recording studio and offered recording artists a great total package which included the recording session, mixing , pressings, design and printing of the album jackets. The photo I took back then of the original artwork, before I sold it was extremely low resolution ( we didn't know anything about mega pixels back then, so I recreated this concept by first scanning the photo and repainting it completely by hand, digitally. More or less a restoration project from an old low rez photo.
