Description:
Hand carved wooden Wahoo #2 created without patterns. This fish is also part of the Living Waters Series of realistic fish. Painted in watercolors with acrylic pearl added to all the colors to create an iridescent look from all angles when the light strikes the fish. The colors used range from blues, silvers, purples and yellows. Sealed in 6 coats of a high grade, high gloss marine varnish (UV protectant) which will protect the colors against damage or fading even if placed outside. Wahoo measures 33 inches in length, is 10 inches wide and has a glass fish eye. There is a wire hanger on the back for easy hanging. Comes signed, dated, numbered along with the name of the fish by wood burning on the backside. Since all carving are created freehand no 2 fish will ever be the same, making each a unique piece of collectible artwork. All carving come with a certificate of authenticity stating this is an original carving.
