Waterfall At Dupont Forest Nc
Photograph - Phtograph Digitat Art Painting
I am very happy to present to you a photograph that was taken by a friend of mine who lives in North Carolina. I hope to one day vacation in this wonderful state especially the Ashville area. For those of you who don't know Ashville is a huge art community in North Carolina. I can only image how beautiful the mountains are in fall and the oceans in the summer in NC. My friend Jane sent me some photos to use as art references. Then I decided to be bold and asked her if she would give me permission to alter them and put the up for sale. Oh ok I altered them first, then asked for permission to sell copies of them. Its a wonder she puts up with me. Ok back to the image, this is the first of two of the Dupont Forest falls I am going to put on FAA. I just love this waterfall, the flow of the water; the forms and formation of the rocks underneath just makes this a very picturesque waterfall photograph. The waterfall is so beautiful that I wanted to give it a watercolor painting effect just to express the uplifting feeling this waterfall can have on one's soul. To me all of nature is very creative and it will never cease to amaze me how beautiful nature is and the wonderful landscapes you can happen upon. I even love the old and rustic. I guess this is why a photograph standing on its own or altering a photo to create a punch to that landscape is part of the creative process for me. Our world is full of many picturesque landscapes that stand as art on their own. Then if you choose you can alter a photo digitally to create limitless works of art. Also you can create many painting out of one picturesque scene. All I know is, I love art, I love all of nature, and all living things, so this makes creating such a natural part of who I am. I deeply enjoy the process of creating. I guess this is why God made all and made us artist to create more art from his art. Wow what a blessing and honor to be part of creation and creating.
