Where shall we go my dear this year

I love this one...what a great daily scene by the sea in a summer's day. There's nothing missed: the boat, the blue water, the umbrellas and these pair of elegant people in suit and hat consulting the map. Wonderful composition with all geometrical contrasts of lines and beautiful edition as ever....

What a great piece! I love the rich colors and composition. I see these strong triangular shapes all over that really keep your eye moving and exploring.

This is just kind of adorable....I love how she is trying to see what he is reading from three feet away, too cute! The tones and color treatment of the blues makes a fabulous vintage feel...a timeless quality.

Ha..you hit the nail on the hat as always Christy...his socks was the attraction for me to make this shot. I always get an itch on my butt when this combination crosses my eyes....lol

He is a bit of a contrast against the beachy background - I love how he is so not dressed for a day at the shore .. all in his oh so brown suit, shoes and socks and hat - although his attire does match the bricks - haha. I love the design of the bricks. ... She, on the other hand, is a little more in synch with the location in her sundress. Another wonderful human study from you, Michel! VF
