Whimsical Chef High Spirits, one of a set of four original oil paintings by artist Janet Kruskamp depicting a whimsical chef in a white chef jacket, blue striped pants and a bright red scarf tied around his neck. In this painting, the chef's right leg is balanced on a giant wheel of cheese, a large slice of which is balanced on a serving platter in his right hand. His right foot balances a glass of red wine, while his left hand holds a larger white platter with a mostly full bottle of red wine, three full wine glasses impossibly balanced on top of each other. The platter also offers a fancy loaf of bread, muffins and a small wheel of cheese, the red wax shell showing the cheesy center with a perfect wedge cut out. A small brown mouse nibbles on the edge of the giant cheese platform, in the wheel's cutout is a bunch of dark red grapes and a larger red wax cheese wheel cut open.
