People (including me!) like the joyful spirits of Rose (bbflockling) Lacefield's dolls and her stories that go with them. To my delight, Rose granted me permission to draw from her photos of her petite creations. I added whimsical touches to match the mood of her dolls, my own decorations of flowers, scrolls, magic stones and mushrooms. For three months I was patiently drawing with colored pencils of blue and brown to make this design in honor of my first grandchild.
Later, when I learned to use Photoshop, I made three color versions.
