Sweet is her walk through life Anne with her pink nails and graceful eyelashes. All that come to know are better for the knowing. For she stumbles not through life but takes care in every step. Her heart is in the right, for she things of others. F / Vote

Almost anything can appear completely natural in your world Anne-Elizabeth. So your peaceful white elephant with her long eyelashes serenely walking through a mysterious flowering land seems so appropriate here. The way you can tell she is smiling is by looking at how her tail curls so happily behind her ! Sorry I missed this one earlier! v/f

According to legend, the concept of the white elephant has its roots in Southeast Asia. Historically, Southeast Asians regarded the animal as lucky, because one supposedly appeared to the mother of the Buddha right before his birth to present her with a sacred lotus flower. It represented purity and knowledge, and because these animals were very rare, the sight of one was supposed to be lucky. So with or without ears this is a stunning painting Anne! V/F

P.S. I have just noticed this has already been visitied 26 times. It has been here for just a few minutes. Hard to believe, but I guess anything is possible in this big FAA universe we live in. Smiles, Anne

I am saying to myself now: "What happened to her ear(s)?". Was it a visual Freudian slip that I left them out? Am I saying to myself subconciously that she needs peace and quiet for a while? The girl needs ears. So tomorrow, I will remove this image and complete it. Then I will upload it again, finished, with her left ear showing.
