Why Men Leave Home.
These coin operated devices were called Mutoscopes and or Peep Shows.
They were the early machines of the film industry and were released to the public around 1894.
The Photographic cards were attached to a circular core that held about 850 cards, which would give the viewer about a minute of viewing time by turning a hand crank.
Note: These two machines were found in Virginia City Montana.
