Description
Church window, Zuni Pueblo in New Mexico. Part of the Ancient Walls, Windows and Doors series shown at the Amerind Museum in Dragoon, AZ - a 16"x24' print is now part of the museum's collection.
My fascination with walls, windows and doors originates in their symbolism (at least for me). Walls are the separation between here and there; between one place and another another place; between inside and outside ... between one person and another. Windows and doors are the connection between here and there ... and metaphorically, and connection points between people.
