The older you get the stronger the wind gets - and it's always in your face.
I created this painting for that spot in the dining room. We all have one of those spots. That intimidating long wall calling for art. It took me a long time to decide what was needed there.
The colour pallet came clear to me first. I didn't have any photos which I thought would hit the mark, so I decided to paint something myself. Using textures and digital brushes I came up with this modern work. The nature theme is to sooth me after a long day, the red to stir my appetite, and the breeze to remind me not to be so rigid and go with the flow.
