my wife uses a similar Clay but it doesn't require heating in the oven. You just mold it, sculpt it and then let it harden. It creates a hard plastic like finish that can be sanded and painted. But yours is very unique and like I said can't wait for it to get enough views. Please think about adding it in the discussion area for comments and favorites.

Amy Vangsgard replied:

Thanks Jeff! You can see my Clay Illustration Portfolio at http://amyvangsgard.com/ for more examples of my work.

if that's a painting I am amazed. I would say that that is a sculpture that you photographed and it's still pretty awesome. I saw this as your submission to the 1000 views group but currently you only have 417 views, so it will not be accepted at this time but I can't wait until you have 1000 views on it so you can resubmit, thanks for sharing

Amy Vangsgard replied:

Thanks Jeff! Woman Wearing curlers" was made using polymer clay that is baked in an oven and painted with acrylics. The final product is photographed and digitally enhanced.
