Description:

One of the great jazz motion pictures, BIRD directed by Clint Eastwood was the story of this great jazz icon. Charlie "Bird" Parker was the king of bebop in the 1950's. I combined the sound of his music with the sensibility of the modern style of painting in the 50's to create this work of art.
