I have a request. For those who joined the contest, please upload at least one WIP or final work into art group SHAN PECK CONTESTS ART. I just received today, 4 days after I mailed to everyone images for the contest, e mail with question why did I not send the image....You all know that I always request reply and confirmation that you have it, but waiting for it or going back again to each individual asking, it seems to me very contra productive. We have this discussion platform and we should use it to our advantage.All is good...have you all great weekend.
hi Shan I am putting up my Wip 1 the sketch of your painting in a short while the photo not to good but you can see the basic sketch
it is there now see what I mean about the photo I sketch the size of the painting and when right I work form that

I have fix the nose up and starting to paint tomorrow if I can put up next WIP when I get some painting done

hi Shan WIP 2 is up still a lot of work to go but no else is ready yet I like to see how the others are going too

I have submitted my final entry in Contest VI. I did not do any work on it after the previous photo, but I did take a better photo, not with my smart phone but with my digital camera, and uploaded through my computer. Yes, I am back home again.

Shan I got my entry for Image 2 just in the nick of time!! Whew!!
I always think to get a drink 24 hours before the end of the contest....waiting who will and who will not submit their art works...Thank you Greeshma!
congratulations everybody those were tough images (that I elected to not attempt). I have already voted and I am waiting for next contest image selection .... now that I am rested up
I understand Shan,you are a very involved contest administrator.I almost had a 'fit of the vapours' when i found out that i had misplaced the USB port cable for my camera with just one hour left for entries closure, anyways found it and posted the painting with 6 minutes left for submissions closing time!!This is what we used to jokingly call "firefighting' during my army days :D

I've just been looking through, and the concept is very exciting.
not sure how I would do on a deadline, but would certainly like to try.
please include me in your 'mailouts/contacts' for the next contest, and I will pay attention to this one.
Is there a way to 'bookmark' a contest, without entering it, do you know ?
I'm fairly new to FAA, still getting to know the workings of it all.
