About This Contest

Instaprints.com was launched in June 2012 and is now one of the fastest growing art / photo websites in the world.

To celebrate our launch, we're hosting an online photography contest.   The winners of the contest will appear in our first TV commercial which is scheduled to begin airing in September 2012.

Yes - we really advertise on national TV!   Instaprints.com is a spin-off of FineArtAmerica.com - one of the largest art sites in the world.   Here are some of our commercials from the past for FineArtAmerica.com.

For this contest, we will be choosing five winners to appear in our next TV commercial which is scheduled to begin airing in September 2012.   The commercial will air nationwide throughout the United States and is guaranteed to reach a minimum of 10 million viewers during the month of September.

The commercial will be 30 seconds in length.   Each winner will have one of his or her images displayed on TV for five seconds while a voiceover artist explains the Instaprints business model and the virtues of buying artwork from living artists and photographers.

Each image will fill the entire TV frame and will include an overlay of the photographer's headshot, name, and hometown at the bottom left corner (see sample, above).

In addition, TV viewers will be encouraged by the voiceover artist and the on-screen URL to visit instaprints.com/tv.   On that page, there will be links to each of the five images that were featured in the commercial along with biographies for each of the five winners.
