AMERICA'S VAN GOGH, STEFAN DUNCAN PAINTING LIVE ON TV WITH CHANCE TO WIN PAINTING ON SUNDAY WBTV 3
CHARLOTTE, NC - Stefan Duncan will be painting live at 6:20 a.m. Sunday morning, December 21st on Channel 3, WBTV3 of Charlotte. The station will interview Stefan for five minutes. The station will release instructions how viewers may have a chance of winning the painting that Stefan does live.
"Once a year I do a TV Christmas interview and give someone a chance to win the painting," Stefan said. "The painting will be priced around $1,200.00 that someone will win for free. I owe the greatest thank you to the station for the wonderful interviews done in the past and for the chance we can make someone's Christmas a little more special."
Stefan has been dubbed the "American Van Gogh," by Van Gogh Gallery website with an article and paintings of station on "Impact of Life" on the page. Art Business News also noted Stefan as becoming one of the "country's top rising artists."
"If anyone knows my background, knows my mission in life is to create art that inspires hope. Where there is Light, there is hope. I came out of the darkness with a last flickering dot of Light to guide me," Stefan said.
He was involved in a car accident and was in a coma. After being unplugged with only minutes to live he awakened while his mother was on her knees with a coat over her head breathing for him to breathe.
Stefan is married to his highschool sweetheart with a daughter, two-step children(now adults), and five step-grandchildren. He is also an author of fictional and fantasy novels. He is currently working on a book series/tv project that centers in North Carolina. His next solo exhibit will be in April.
