Hubbard Elected To Board Of Art League

Bill Hubbard has been elected to the Board of Directors of Strawbridge Art League in Melbourne, Florida.

Bill paints in the media of Acrylics Pen and Ink and specializes in Marine art and seascapes. He is also a member of the Leagues' Gallery Committee. He regularly exhibets at the Strawbridge Art Leagues' gallery at the Henegar Center, New Haven Ave., Melbourne.

Bill grew up in the seaport art colony of Gloucester, Mass. He was taught by Margaret Taylor and Robert Benham and also painted with Emil A. Gruppe. He lived on Cape Cod for four years before moving to Florida in 2006. There we was influenced greatly by the watercolorist,

Anton Stetzko. He and his wife, Therese A. Kraemer live in Melbourne, FL
