Equilibrium III by Cynthia Decker

The idea behind these is that somewhere (in my head) there is a photographer who builds these sets and puts the animals into them. She then captures the scene at the moment of perfect equilibrium, before the animal lunges for the treat and everything collapses. The cat sits precariously on a stack of dishes and glasses, just about to lunge for the bird, who is sure to escape amid the chaos. These are not photographs, They're CG. no actual animals were teased or otherwise annoyed in the making of these images. Digital 3d rendering by Cynthia Decker.
