The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

SIOUX WARRIOR, 1891. Tasunka Ota (Plenty Horses), an Oglala Sioux warrior who, after having attended the Carlisle Indian School in Pennsylvania, fatally shot Lieutenant Edward W. Casey of the U.S. Army in January 1891. Photographed in 1891 by John C.H. Grabill, probably on or near the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
