Taken in Delta, BC on the River Road Dike looking north across Canoe Pass - an arm of the Fraser River. There was a long riffle in the water that was attracting the seagulls (you can see it in the picture near the centre of the river) and at first we thought it might be a whale then we decided it was probably a Sturgeon. It was gone when we passed by on the way back home. A friend of the Loch Ness monster? Please click on picture to view the closeup before ordering. Prints beautifully and the texture is more like a painting.

I believe that the more we look for beauty in this world, the more beauty there is to be found. If it is an expectation, it will appear and I try to convey this appearance with my photography. Life itself can be an endless creative journey and I am glad to be part of it. - Theresa Tahara
