About William Deering
Hello,my name is William Joe Deering, I was born in Lexington, KY,went to Henry Clay High School,served 7yrs in the Air Force am a Korean vet. My first career was in Civil Engineering where I had my first attempt at commercial artwork,I spent 18yrs in this field. My second career was in Law Enforcement and during this time I started a Sign Shop with my son David(who now owns and runs it)We performed graphic artwork on the city's Police cars,Ambulances and Fire trucks. During this time I was invited to exhibit some artwork at the Louve in Paris France.Due to my financial situation I could not afford to do it(family to feed).Needless to say I did not have a patron to support my...
