Lovely card
2D color-select image of the well-to-do area of South Baltimore City, near Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. This newly developed area is fondly referred to as, "Concrete Canyon". I framed the "Domino Sugars" sign in the background between two masts rising on either side. I thought the sign might be a good subject for a "color-select" image. Besides this color-select image, I have an all grayscale, sepia and all color version of the same scene.
I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005. Since I've been with Fine Art America, I've focused primarily on regular photography with a touch of digital manipulation to better compose the images and ideas. Each time I think I've reached a peak, I find myself crossing another threshold that challenges my abilities and talents while paving way to another plateau.
