Born and raised in small town upstate New York in 1955. William is a self taught artist and has received no formal art training his talent is God given. Employing techniques learned from trial and error experience and talent is still evolving and growing. Williams illustrations have appeared in several magazines and he has been a featured artist on several internet websites where his work is displayed.
