Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Colon cancer. Colonoscope (endoscope) view of a cancerous sessile lesion (adenocarcinoma) in an 86 year-old man. An adenocarcinoma is a cancer that arises from the glandular tissue of an organ's epithelium (lining). Colon cancer, common in the developed world, is thought to be linked to a high-fat and low-fibre diet. Although the patient suffered anaemia, no bleeding was evident. Diagnosis of the cancer showed it had spread (metastasis) to the liver resulting in a poor prognosis.
