A fantastic photography from the construction of Ontario Power Plant in 1903/04. Here large water pipes are placed in two levels underground, and I wonder if they are still there? If so could that constitute a security problem? The water pipes which lies under ground has provided light and heating for the people of Canada for many many years. Water is renewable and the cleanest energy source the world can provide.
About Finn Trygvason Klingenberg
Hi, my name is Thorleif Grimstvedt and I live in Telemark in Norway. I work as a journalist and photographer for Newspapers and Television. We also digitalize old films and photographies. At the moment we have 2000 old photographies from ca 1886 to 1925 which is going to be digitalized. The photos was taken by an engenier called Finn Trygvason Klingenberg from Oslo in Norway. New York and Niagara Falls. In 1903 Finn Trygvason Klingenberg went to Canada and to Niagara Falls where he participated in the construction of Ontario Power Plant which was completed in 1905. He also went to New York. Some of his fantastic photos from Niagara Falls and New York we have publicized on FAA. These photos have not been publicized...
