Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm. Coloured 3D computed tomography (CT) scan of a 88 year old male patient with a large abdominal aortic aneurysm (dark red). The aorta is the body's main artery, it carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body. An aneurysm is a blood-filled dilation in a blood vessel caused by a weakened vessel wall. Areas of calcification (yellow) are also seen in the blood vessel walls. These are a result of atherosclerosis, the deposit of fatty material along artery walls. If left untreated aneurysms rupture and are often fatal. Treatment is with repair or replacement of the vessel.
