One can see many things when you look at it. Nebulous gases somewhere in the galaxy duking it out for dominance of that area. Visual representations of hot and color water mixing, creating eddies by near by islands. Psychologically one can argues that the red represents anger and hatred in the world. Blue represents represented feelings, loyalty, and calming thoughts. There is always a war between the two, they never really mix that well, always conflict. Yellow represents happiness on either side. Some are happy being complacent, and other's are just as happy to hate the other party.
