This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
I painted this little oil painting in an effort to find out what Thomas Moran was up to. I've seen a few in various museums and they are usually quite large. It is heavily derivative, with my own compositional and color changes. I am lucky enough to own an Edward Moran, but could never afford his brother's work.
About John Norman Stewart
Born in San Bernardino, California in 1940, John Stewart moved to Glendale, near Los Angeles a year later. He developed interest in drawing at an early age and began art training at the age of twelve. Stewart studied with the Famous Artist's Schools in 1956; received a scholarship to Chouinard Art Institute in 1958; and later attended the Art Center School in Los Angeles, CA. Teachers and artists who influenced him were Robert Irwin and Bob Winquist. He had a 25-year career as a Scenic Artist for the entertainment industry with projects for television, motion picture and stage productions such as 'The Adams Family', 'One From the Heart', and 'Xanadu' . He also did special art projects for Disneyland, Disney World, Epcot and...
