This is a fantastic shower curtain. I owned at one time a 1928 American LaFrance almost identical to this one.Loved that fire engine and this great representation is such a joy as a reminder of the one I owned. Nee dmore like this one

Love this shower curtain! It’s brightened our guest bathroom beyond words. We were in Monet’s garden in 2005 and it brings a smile to my face every time I go in there.

This was our first purchase from the site and we love it! It arrived quickly. We wanted something different for the guest bath and this art combined two of my husband's favorite things.The curtain has a quality feel to it and the design is bright I wasn't sure of the color combination at first (orangey red, navy, turquoise and a touch of black) but it works! We've received many compliments and chuckles. My only regret was not being able to fit the words on without using a border - I was unsure of the colors, etc. Bottom line is that we love what we received!!! LOVE it!

Alistair Cooke introduced us to the classics in a way that no one else could do--or ever hope to do. PBS couldn't possibly have chosen a better person to host Masterpiece Theatre. I remember babysitting for a family on Sunday nights and watching "Jude the Obscure", "Anna Karenina", "Upstairs, Downstairs", "The Duchess of Duke Street", "Lillie", "Crime and Punishment", "Pride and Prejudice" and many others. He hosted a weekly radio broadcast "Letter from America" for 58 years (less than a month before his death). It was the longest-running radio broadcast by one individual. I read on a popular blog: "Cooke likened his role as host to that of a headwaiter. Cooke, who ended up hosting Masterpiece Theatre for a total of 22 seasons, liked to think of himself as the show's headwaiter, "in the sense that I'm there to explain for interested customers what's on the menu, and how the dishes were composed," he explained. "But I'm not the chef." All of his introductions and closings on each program can be viewed and heard on Open Vault (WGBH TV). It's called "The Linda and Andrew Egendorf Masterpiece Theatre Alistair Cooke Collection." I like to think of Alistair Cooke as someone that actively participated in everything that's right about America.
