On a warm summer day, I found myself on Picnic Island, in south Tampa, Florida. With the glow of the sunset in front of me, and billowing thunder storms behind me, I took this photo of a young oak tree. It made me laugh, because I normally like to take photos of old majestic oak trees. But this time it is a sapling oak on the beach! For one thing there were no majestic oaks on this beach. If I am around long enough I will some day return to take another photo of this lone oak tree! It will then be majestic! I hope you enjoy "Alone at Sunset"!!!
