Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Leuschner observatory. Astronomer uses a 76 cm (30 inch) optical reflecting telescope at the Leuschner observatory, near San Francisco, USA. This observatory is run by the astronomy department of the University of California at Berkeley. It has two reflecting telescopes, the one seen here, and a 50 cm reflecting telescope. Until 1994, the observatory was used for conducting the Leuschner Observatory Supernova Search (LOSS). This project discovered several supernovae. The Leuschner Observatory was also involved in the detailed monitoring of transient objects.
