BABY STEPS by Lynn Bauer - A lovely chestnut mare gently walks alongside her day-old foal, helping to teach and guide it as it uses it's still wobbly legs. This precious little baby was just adorable as it put on a special show for people who were traveling the Bluebonnet Trail in Ennis, Texas. Even though I love bluebonnets and traveled a long way to see them this spring...this little one was definitely the star of the show this year!!
This scene is complete with the charming barn and tractor in the field behind the horses. A beautiful spring day in the Texas Hill Country, for sure!!
