One of the few items of the 1989 UM BBall Championship that I've seen. Very nice

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
I've played Monopoly many times in my life, so when I was given a painting challenge to incorporate two dice into a painting, I resorted to familiar territory to create this story in paint. In this piece, the player in the sports car had been on CHANCE, rolled 3 on the dice, and now had landed on Boardwalk (which in itself would be bad enough, but in this case is even worsened by the hotel that is visible on the property). As you can see from what is tucked under the board, this unfortunate player only has twenty five dollars in cash and a mortgaged property, truly having "Bad Luck on Boardwalk"! The Chance cards were painted and roughed up with sandpaper to give them a "well-used" look, and painting the exactness of the lettering on the game board was fun for a detailed painter like me!

I wanted to share it in such a way that people would want to "take the closer look" and further appreciate the world and creation around us. In the first two years, I produced 20 paintings and framed them all with the encouragement of my husband (who doubles as my easily available art critic). As I painted more and more, I became more adept at putting together the elements that create...
