This is a fantastic shower curtain. I owned at one time a 1928 American LaFrance almost identical to this one.Loved that fire engine and this great representation is such a joy as a reminder of the one I owned. Nee dmore like this one

Love this shower curtain! It’s brightened our guest bathroom beyond words. We were in Monet’s garden in 2005 and it brings a smile to my face every time I go in there.

This was our first purchase from the site and we love it! It arrived quickly. We wanted something different for the guest bath and this art combined two of my husband's favorite things. The curtain has a quality feel to it and the design is bright I wasn't sure of the color combination at first (orangey red, navy, turquoise and a touch of black) but it works! We've received many compliments and chuckles. My only regret was not being able to fit the words on without using a border - I was unsure of the colors, etc. Bottom line is that we love what we received!!! LOVE it!
This lighthouse was built in 1858 to warn mariners of the Bass Harbor Bar and mark the entrance to Bass Harbor. This harbor offers protection from easterly gales and is one of the many picturesque harbors along Maines beautiful coastline. This easily accessible light is probably one of the most photographed light in Maine. It ranks right up there with Portland Head for scenic quality. The brick tower casts a red light from a fourth order Fresnel lens. One can only imagine the difficulties that keepers faced during foul weather. The bell tower to the left of the lighthouse had to be rung by hand during heavy fog when the automation equipment failed. To be out in the winter weather without having to perform the tedious striking of the bell every so many minutes was probably hard at best, but these dedicated people performed their duties day in and day out.
I am a professional photographer specializing in lighthouse, maritime, nature and urban photography. I've been published in many national books and magazines, and am the publisher and co-publisher of numerous lighthouse and wildlife posters. I have led a number of tours for the Smithsonian Institution and produced multimedia slide shows for them and others. I have visited and photographed two thirds of all the lighthouses on the east coast, and probably have the image of your favorite. Just ask! I have also written a number of articles published by regional magazines in both Maryland and New Jersey. I sell and lease images to publishers. I have wall art appropriate for both the wholesale and retail levels. I welcome any and...
