Beaming With Happiness by Karen Cook - A late December sunrise over the fields of the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. The bright rays of sunlight reach from the sky to the ice covering the fallow fields. A tree, bereft of most of its foliage soaks up the warmth of the sun.
