Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

UNESCO World Heritage Site Ref: 426bis
An iconic landmark in London, Big Ben {renamed Elizabeth Tower, but it will always be Big Ben to me} is a great bell clock at the end of the Palace of Westminster, London standing 316 feet tall.
When The Palace of Westminster was destroyed by a huge fire in 1834, It was rebuilt to include a tower and a clock: this was Big Ben. In 1859, Big Ben rang for the first time. It is reknowned for its accurate timekeeping - (apparently regulated by a stack of coins placed on the huge pendulum though I'm not sure how that works).
The Latin inscription below the clock face DOMINE SALVAM FAC REGINAM NOSTRAM VICTORIAM PRIMAM means 'O Lord, keep safe our Queen Victoria the First'.
As to why it is called Big Ben .... there are theories, but no one really knows for sure.
