Henry and Dorothy spent their summers traveling throughout the American West, Europe & North Africa. They traveled from 1946-62. Henry was a geologist and Dorothy was a designer. We took field trips to see where the rocks are. He spoke 13 languages and the two of them felt at home anywhere. They had an interest in antiquities. In their spare time they made art, and printed a few Christmas cards.

He has traced the footsteps of his great-great-grandfather who attended Yale and fought in the Civil War. Mr. Faul has spent 40+ years portraying the hand of man on the land in thousands of locales spread across the US and Europe.
