Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I love this print! Her dress is so pretty and victorian and I can daydream that this is me in another lifetime , contemplating life while visiting the sea

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Artist's Description
Nadine Painted this Big Horn Sheep we were blessed to see in a trip to Glacier National Park. The bighorn sheep is a species in North America named for its large horns. These horns can weigh up to 30 lb while the sheep themselves weigh up to 300 lb. Recent genetic testing indicates three distinct subspecies of Ovis canadensis, one of which is endangered. Sheep originally crossed to North America over the Bering land bridge from Siberia: the population in North America peaked in the millions, and the bighorn sheep entered into the mythology of Native Americans. By 1900, the population dropped to several thousand, due to diseases introduced through European livestock and over hunting. Conservation efforts by the Boy Scouts have restored the population.

Great capture. Is Glacier finally open ? We were there at the end of June. We could only travel part of the Sun Road and it was under construction,; gravel. It was also drizzly and cold. Fortunately we visited there a few years back,. the Sun Road is probably one of the most beautiful places in the US
Bob and Nadine Johnston replied:
Many of the images we post are paintings Nadine did some years ago. Think we visited Glacier back in about 1996, when my nephew was in charge of Security at a Missile base in Montana. Have been taking pictures of Nadines paintings since about 1950, and have tens of thousands of my photos. Last time I check this Terribyte drive had over 173,000 files on it, and that is just in the section with images. :)
