This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

11.25X8.5 Pen & Ink Sketch hit with Acrylics on #140 Strathmore water color paper: This the 2nd little study from my recent trip to Greece and Italy in late October. I was struck by the late fall slanted harsh light and shadows mixing with the great old paint on the achient buildings. Young enthusist on the bikeswere just everywhere, giving a fresh look to the old place. So much better than Vespas!

About Randy Sprout
Randy Sprout began his art career in 1964 at the University of Iowa, with printmaking and studying with Mauricio Lasansky and Dr. John Schultz. He graduated with a BA in fine arts. In 1968 Army service in Korea interrupted his art for two years, after which he studied with Robert Heineken, Jan Stussy, Ray Brown, Sam Amato, Richard Diebenkorn and Stanton MacDonald-Wright, at the UCLA Graduate School of Fine Arts. He was awarded an MA in 1972 and an MFA in 1973. He had many shows during that time, including a One Man show at the Santa Barbara Art Museum. He also worked for LA County Museum of Art, with Ben Johnson, and restored many priceless prints for the Norton Simon Museum. In 1973, he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to restore some...
